Installation Instructions for the EZ-Exit Door Handle
Once the EZ-Exit Door Release is installed, you'll need to climb back onto the platform bed from the outside. To assist with this, install two door handles:
- C Pillar Handle: Place one handle above the door on the C Pillar. This will help you pull yourself up onto the platform bed.
- Door Handle: Install the second handle on the door to facilitate closing it after you've climbed onto the bed.
Kit Includes:
- 2 door handles
- 4 Plus nuts
- 4 stainless steel 1/4-20 screws
Additionally, you may consider installing an EZ-Exit Easy Access 2-Step undermount, a 3-Step undermount, or a 3-Step flush mount telescoping ladder. These can be attached to your cabinetry or suspended from your platform bed for added convenience.
